Please be advised that our Southall branch will close early on Tuesday, 16th June 2026 at 1:45pm due to a system upgrade.

On this date, locker access will only be available from 10:00am to 1:45pm.

Our normal branch opening hours will resume on: Wednesday, 17th June 2026 from 10:00am.

CCTV

For your safety there is a 24×7 CCTV monitoring of the vault area but not of the private cabins where you will access the contents of your box giving you the privacy you need.

Lost keys or cards

If you have lost your key or Photo ID card then please contact our Customer Services team for them to reissue these to you (charges apply). Please read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for more information.
